When I lose this weight, I don’t expect to have a boyfriend who will love me forever. I don’t expect a better job or lots of money. I don’t expect for all the guys that rejected me to come crawling back or for the mean bitches who called me fat to apologize. You know what I expect? Confidence within myself so all the above will not mean shit to me. I expect to walk with my head up high and happy. THAT my friends is what I expect. +

Once you stop eating it for a while, you really won’t want it anymore. At least, that’s been my experience. I’ve trained myself to crave a spinach salad with strawberries and mandarin oranges instead. I ate a potato chip yesterday (just to try it, I didn’t really want it) and my stomach tweaked out. In a bad way. Just stop eating it and your body will realize how nasty it is !
